Job Description

• Handles client communications professionally by responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and managing telephone and email correspondence with exceptional service standards.
• Assists in the planning and coordination of internal events, ensuring operational requirements are met while maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Oversees the preparation, distribution, and maintenance of event-related documentation, ensuring the accuracy of records, daily event boards, and departmental files.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum of one (1) year of experience in event coordination, hospitality operations, or administrative support is an advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Opera PMS and Microsoft Office applications, with a strong understanding of meeting room configurations, venue capacities, and health and safety standards related to event operations.
• Must possess a valid work permit authorizing employment in the Philippines.
