Continuously drive Operations department forward towards business results, customer experience, and departmental efficiencies through a high focus on innovation. Your top of class communication, organizing and customer service skills will deepen customer engagement and help Softchoice reach NPS scores never seen before in our industry.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver on agreed upon statement of work or contract with high profile customers.
- Perform project kick-off meetings, status updates, and final debriefs.
- Create relationships with our customers so that they want to continue doing business with Softchoice.
- Create relationships with internal teams, partners, and vendors to align everyone to the same goal, providing the customer with service beyond their expectations.
- Perform operational tasks, including but not limited to, order management, inventory tracking, reporting and analysis.
- Recognizes project risks and propose resolutions to project teams
- Ability to recognize areas of improvement and implement. Focus on automation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of related work experience in a project environment
- Knowledge of major business technologies is a bonus (such as workplace technologies)
- Excellent business acumen and strong written, verbal and presentation skills
- Not afraid to break ground on new relationships and skillfully overcome challenges with customers and team members
- Above average Excel skills (v-lookups, Macro’s, pivot tables, and more)
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends to meet project deadlines
- PMI & ITIL Certifications are an asset
