Description - Develop and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance.
- Foster and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Ensure all staff comply with company policies and standard procedures.
- Establish and implement best practices within the assigned area.
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of staff members.
- Facilitate effective communication and coordination between departments.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on the area’s progress and performance.
- Monitor compliance with safety regulations and ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year course
- Willing to undergo 1 month training in Tarlac Head Office
- Willing to be assigned to different stores
- With experience in Food & Beverage industry
Perks:
- Staff House will be provided during the training period in Tarlac
- Transportation expenses during the training period will be reimbursed
- Medical Examination fee will be covered by the company
Requirements:

- Barangay Clearance & Police Clearance
- Birth Certificate
- Marriage Certificate (for married applicants)
- Birth Certificate of Dependent/s, if any
- Diploma/Transcript of Records (TOR)
- Certificate of Employment (COE) from previous employer
- Health Certificate/Health Card
