Chat Support Representative We are seeking a Chat Support Representative to assist customers through online chat and provide accurate, timely, and professional support. The role focuses on resolving customer concerns through written communication while maintaining excellent service standards. Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries through live chat and messaging platforms.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, orders, or accounts.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently through written communication.
• Assist with order processing, account updates, and service-related requests.
• Handle multiple chat conversations while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Document customer interactions and update records as required.
• Identify and escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service guidelines.
• Maintain quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction standards.

• High School or Senior High School graduate.
• College undergraduates and graduates are welcome to apply.
• No prior BPO experience required.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Good typing and computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule.
