Limitless is seeking a versatile and engaging Barista/Cashier to be the heartbeat of our front-of-house operations. In this dual role, you will be both the welcoming face and the artisan craftsman for our guests. You will be responsible for warmly greeting customers, processing transactions accurately, and crafting our signature curated Filipino beverages and specialty coffees. You will seamlessly balance efficiency at the register with precision at the espresso machine, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and hospitable modern café experience. Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 1+ years of experience as a barista, cashier, or service crew member in a specialty café or premium food service environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with POS systems and basic math, paired with solid coffee-making skills (latte art and manual espresso extraction are a major plus).
- Multitasking & Speed: Ability to shift quickly between handling cash and crafting drinks while maintaining a calm, graceful demeanor under pressure.
- Interpersonal Skills: A naturally warm, polite, and customer-first attitude that embodies traditional Filipino hospitality.
