Key responsibilities include executing strategies for revenue growth, managing loan approvals, motorcycle sales, inventory, and financial processes. Also supports team performance through coaching, recruitment, and staffing, while maintaining a positive work environment. This position drives operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and profitability, while ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Educational Background:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional Experience:
- At least two (2) years related work experience gained from retail industry
Skills Required:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in financial management, budgeting, and cash flow oversight.
- In-depth knowledge of sales, inventory, and loan processes.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and documentation requirements.
