Productivity Specialists Team Labor Service Cooperative (Prospect Coop)
Responsibilities - To manage an area of seed production fields and to supervise the work of Field Agronomist
- To train growers in agronomic practices to maximize seed field yields
- To arrange for new seed production areas and instruct new growers on proper management
- To inspect work and assure that fields activities result to high and genetically pure seed
- To ensure that Field Operations is able to consistently achieve target yield, quality and cost goals through a dynamic contract growing operation anchored on continual improvement
Job Requirements
- Graduate of Agriculture / Agri-Business Course
- At least 3 years supervisory/lead experience
- Expertise in corn seed production
- Excellent negotiation and sourcing skills
- Have commanding presence and the ability to direct team towards set goal
- Can drive 4-wheels in both manual and automatic transmission
- Has valid driver's license with restriction 2
Deployment will start July 2026 onwards.
