Product Specialist (Promoter)
Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth of the client’s products in offline stores
- Provide excellent customer service to all customers
- Promote the brand positively across offline and online platforms
- Submit accurate reports including sales, stocks, competitor activities, and store display reports on time
- Participate in media activities and events organized by management
- Attend trainings required by management
- Maintain proper in-store visibility and merchandising standards
- Represent the brand professionally at all times
- Provide feedback and updates to the immediate supervisor regarding store and market activities
Qualifications:
- At least Senior High School graduate
- Experience in retail or sales is an advantage
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Energetic, proactive, and sales-driven
- Willing to work in malls or retail stores
- Team player with a positive attitude
