Training Officer

Grand Canyon Multi-Holdings, Inc.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in sales and/or training
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of sales strategies and techniques
  • Ability to design and deliver training programs (classroom/Face to face)
  • Knowledge with power point, Microsoft excel and Canva

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales training programs for new and existing staff
  • Conduct training sessions, workshops, and Sales onboarding programs
  • Assess training needs and identify skill gaps
  • Coach and mentor sales team members to improve performance
  • Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness
  • Update training materials based on market trends and company goals
  • Collaborate with sales managers to align training with targets
  • Track and report training progress and result
