BPO Agents for Healthcare Account - Paid Training

We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our Healthcare Account team. This role is open to high school graduates, including freshers with no prior BPO experience. Key Responsibilities: Handle inquiries related to healthcare plans, coverage, and claims. Assist customers in understanding benefits, authorizations, and provider information. Provide accurate and timely responses through voice or non-voice channels (depending on assignment). Maintain confidentiality of sensitive healthcare data. Document all interactions accurately and comply with healthcare regulations and company policies. Qualifications: High school graduate (K-12 or Old Curriculum). With at least 3 months BPO experience Good English communication skills (spoken and/or written). Basic computer literacy and typing skills. Willing to work onsite and on a shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays.
