Call Center Associate - Non-Voice-Account

Job Description We are seeking Customer Service Representatives for a Non-Voice Account to assist customers through chat, email, and messaging platforms. You will provide accurate information, resolve inquiries, and ensure professional service without the need for phone communication. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, or messaging platforms
• Provide accurate information on products, services, or account details
• Resolve questions or concerns professionally and efficiently
• Document all interactions and updates in the system
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors when necessary
• Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics

• High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
