Job Description We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for a Healthcare Account to assist patients and clients with healthcare inquiries, claims, and service-related questions. You will ensure accurate information, resolve concerns professionally, and provide a positive experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
- Provide information on healthcare services, insurance claims, and coverage
- Assist clients with submitting forms or claims accurately
- Resolve questions or issues efficiently and professionally
- Document all customer interactions and updates in the system
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
- Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
- Hands-on experience in healthcare customer service within the BPO industry
- Opportunities to improve problem-solving and communication skills
- Exposure to a collaborative and fast-paced work environment
- High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
- Strong English communication skills
- Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
- Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Open to shifting schedules
