Call Center Agent (Healthcare)

Job Description We are looking for Customer Service Representatives for a Healthcare Account to assist patients and clients with healthcare inquiries, claims, and service-related questions. You will ensure accurate information, resolve concerns professionally, and provide a positive experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
  • Provide information on healthcare services, insurance claims, and coverage
  • Assist clients with submitting forms or claims accurately
  • Resolve questions or issues efficiently and professionally
  • Document all customer interactions and updates in the system
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors when needed
  • Meet quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics
Work Schedule & Training: Shifting schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays Comprehensive paid training on healthcare processes and systems What You’ll Gain:

Requirements
  • High School or Senior High School Graduate (College level or graduate is a plus)
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Customer-focused, detail-oriented, and solution-driven mindset
  • Basic computer skills and ability to multitask
  • Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
  • Open to shifting schedules
