Responsibilities: Transcription: Review live or recorded calls to document key points and relevant details. Call Preparation: Compile daily call lists, meeting agendas, and essential materials to ensure all participants are adequately informed. Schedule Coordination: Arrange meetings with clients and team members, ensuring schedules align while managing adjustments or cancellations as needed. Report Management: Generate reports detailing key metrics and performance indicators, adhering to specified deadlines. Virtual File Management: Maintain and update virtual files to ensure data is well-organized and readily accessible. Administrative Support: Handle a variety of administrative tasks, such as managing email communication, scheduling calendar appointments, and streamlining day-to-day activities. Requirements: Capability to work autonomously and address challenges proactively. Collaborative approach with a positive attitude and strong commitment to excellence. Exceptional organizational and time management abilities. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms, including Google Workspace and Zoom.
