Customer Service Representative – Sales Account Bellsoft Global is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a Sales Account in Metro Manila. This onsite opportunity is ideal for applicants with strong communication and customer service skills who want to grow their career in the BPO industry. As a Customer Service Representative, you will assist customers with product inquiries, sales support, account concerns, and service-related requests while delivering excellent customer service. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assist customers with product inquiries, account concerns, and sales-related transactions
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally
- Promote products and services based on customer needs
- Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Update customer information and transaction records accurately
- Meet quality standards and performance targets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- At least a Senior High School graduate or College graduate
- With or without BPO experience are welcome to apply
- Experience in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is an advantage
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer navigation and typing skills
- Willing to work onsite in Metro Manila
- Amenable to shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays if needed
