JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Assist in overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure a high standard of service and quality.
- Support the Restaurant Manager in staff management, training, and recruitment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and assist in cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations while maintaining operational efficiency.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or any related course.
- With experience as a fast-food chain manager, with at least 1- 3 years is REQUIRED.
- Strong leadership skills with an affinity for capacity development.
- Excellent conflict resolution abilities.
- Innovative, trustworthy, and impartial.
- With experience or knowledge in doing profit and loss reports, sales reports, inventory, and ordering.
- Preferably residing near the store location
- Willing to undergo training.
- Can start ASAP
- With complete government benefits (SSS, Pag-IBIG, Phil Health)
