A Food Stall Attendant is responsible for managing and assisting with the operations of a food stall, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. Here's a general job description:
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in placing orders.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding the menu, ingredients, and food preparation.
- Ensure a friendly, approachable, and professional attitude at all times.
Food Preparation & Serving:
- Prepare food items according to standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately.
- Ensure food quality and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
Cash Handling & Transactions:
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and give correct change.
- Maintain accuracy in order processing.
Maintaining Cleanliness:
- Keep the food stall clean, organized, and hygienic at all times, including wiping down surfaces, washing dishes, and disposing of trash.
- Follow food safety guidelines and ensure cleanliness in food handling and preparation areas.
Stock Management:
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and replenishing supplies as needed.
- Ensure proper storage of food items according to health and safety regulations.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
