Territory Consumer Lead (Ozamis)

The Territory Consumer Lead (TCL) is responsible for driving business growth within the assigned territory through consumer acquisition and retention initiatives. The role applies a consumer-centric approach to strengthen retailer distribution, wholesale volume, and market penetration while ensuring alignment with territory business objectives.

Working closely with Field Sales and cross-functional stakeholders, the TCL develops and executes territory strategies, consumer engagement programs, and activation campaigns across various channels. The role is also accountable for performance monitoring, territory insights, competitive analysis, budget management, and ensuring effective execution of field marketing initiatives that contribute to overall business growth.

As a Territory Consumer Lead, you will:

• Develop and execute territory growth strategies to drive consumer acquisition and retention. 

• Lead consumer-focused campaigns and activations across trade and key channels. 

• Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to ensure excellent program execution. 

• Analyze business, consumer, and competitor data to identify opportunities and improve performance.

• Monitor campaign effectiveness and recommend actions to optimize results and investments. 

• Manage territory marketing resources, budgets, and compliance requirements. 

• Support new product launches and build strong territory engagement plans.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

• 2-3 years of experience in Sales, Trade Marketing, Consumer Engagement, or Marketing, preferably in FMCG. 

• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills. 

• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Adaptable, results-driven, and possesses a strong sense of ownership and accountability. 

• Willing to work in a field-based environment and travel within the assigned territory
