Job Summary The Territory Sales Manager plans and executes sales strategies to promote lighting fixtures, hardware, paints, tiles, or general construction supplies. This role bridges the company and key industry partners like contractors, architects, developers, and distributors. Key Responsibilities: Territory Growth: Find new business leads, open new accounts, and expand market presence within the assigned area. Client Relationships: Build strong ties with contractors, project managers, and specifiers to secure product placement in major projects. Field Work: Conduct regular site visits, present product solutions, and handle price quotations or negotiations. Sales Targets: Monitor sales performance against set quotas and analyze regional market trends. Cross-Functional Support: Coordinate with technical, logistics, and credit collection teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely payments. Qualifications and Requirements Education: Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred). Experience: 5+ years of proven background in selling lighting, tiles, paints, hardware, or construction supplies. Skills: Strong communication, active negotiation, time management, and basic computer literacy (MS Office, CRM tools). Mobility: Comfort with field travel and possession of a valid driver's license.
