WE ARE LOOKING FOR TEAM LEADER! Description
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and teas to customers.
- Ensure exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and understanding their preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including coffee equipment and utensils.
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies as needed.
- Demonstrate latte art and other coffee preparation techniques to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–1 year of experience as a Barista or in a customer service role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail and coffee knowledge.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Proven customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Skills and Competencies: Ability to upsell menu items effectively.
- Qualities and Traits: Consistent and positive work ethic.
