Job Overview
We are looking for a passionate and service-driven Barista to join our team. This role is responsible for preparing quality beverages, delivering warm guest service, and maintaining café standards in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate values consistency, teamwork, and genuine hospitality someone who understands that great coffee is only half the experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other café offerings according to brand standards
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in all drinks served
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional guest service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, equipment, and workstations
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
- Handle basic cashiering and POS transactions when assigned
- Support inventory handling, restocking, and daily opening/closing procedures
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth store operations
Qualifications
- At least 1 - 3 years of barista or café experience preferred
- Knowledge of coffee basics (espresso, milk steaming, drink preparation)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
- Team-oriented, reliable, and eager to learn
