- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop and equipment.
- Engage with customers to provide excellent service and answer any inquiries.
- Exhibit knowledge of menu items and recommend products to increase sales.
- Ensure high-quality standards for food and beverage presentation.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: At least 6 Months of Exp
- Skills and Competencies: Coffee Knowledge, Latte Art, Customer Service Skills
- Qualities and Traits: Flexibility, Attention to Detail, Strong Communication Skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Consistently uphold cleanliness and organization standards
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced environment with potential for standing for long periods
