Description - Prepare and maintain financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
- Perform reconciliations of bank statements and other accounts.
- Support the month-end close process by ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
