Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to promote and sell loan products to prospective customers. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to explain loan options clearly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to understand their financial needs and recommend suitable loan products.
- Present and explain loan features, benefits, terms, and conditions effectively.
- Assist customers through the loan application process, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of loan products, policies, and market trends.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate smooth loan processing.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and sales skills.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Previous experience in sales, banking, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Comfortable working with digital tools and platforms.
