Marketing Associate

Marketing
· Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
· Manage the company's social media accounts and online presence.
· Create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, presentations, and promotional content.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
· Coordinate participation in trade fairs, exhibitions, and company events.
· Monitor marketing campaign performance and prepare reports.
· Support branding initiatives to increase company visibility.
Customer Relations
· Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
· Maintain accurate customer records in the company's database.
· Conduct follow-up calls and after-sales support.
· Gather customer feedback and recommend improvements.
Administrative Duties
· Prepare weekly and monthly sales and marketing reports.
· Maintain records of sales activities and client communications.
· Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
· Perform other duties assigned by management.
* Preferrably with experience in a Treatment, Storage and Disposal (TSD) Facility
