Asset & Inventory Controller

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and record apartment assets, furniture, appliances, and warehouse inventory.
- Monitor stock levels and arrange timely replenishment of supplies.
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue items properly.
- Keep the warehouse organized, clean, and safe.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
- Track asset movement, transfer, repair, and replacement.
- Coordinate with other departments for asset and supply requests.
- Prepare basic inventory and asset reports for management.
Requirements
- Experience in inventory, warehouse, or asset management is preferred.
- Familiar with Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.Responsible, honest, and detail-oriented.
- Able to work well with different departments.
- Physically fit to handle warehouse-related work when needed.
- CAN START ASAP
