Risk Control Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
1. Risk Identification and Assessment
- Conduct risk assessments for new and existing customers, procedures, and systems.
- Stay updated on industry trends and external factors that may pose risks.
2. Monitoring and Detection
- Monitor all customer transactions, activities, and systems for anomalies, irregularities, or suspicious activities.
- Investigate flagged transactions or activities to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Use tools and software to detect potential fraud or violations.
3. Risk Mitigation
- Recommend measures to mitigate identified risks, such as process improvements or policy updates.
4. Compliance Assurance
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
5. Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all risk-related incidents, investigations, and outcomes.
- Prepare detailed reports for management, highlighting key risks and mitigation strategies.
6. Investigation and Escalation
- Conduct in-depth investigations into high-risk activities, including fraudulent transactions, security breaches, or policy violations.
- Escalate critical incidents to senior management or legal teams as needed.
Qualifications:
1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
2. Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
3. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
4. Proficiency in risk management tools and software.
5. Effective communication and reporting abilities.
6. Familiarity with Risk Control (KYC, AML, fraud investigation).
7. Knowledgeable in Gaming Industry.
