Payroll and Billing Officer

Payroll & Liquidation
- Process and analyzes liquidation on a timely basis
- Analyze and monitor diesel consumption every trip and analyzes consumption thru partner station/fleet card
- Investigate and resolves discrepancies and issues with regards to liquidation
- Ensures all documents attached in the liquidation is complete and signed
- Process, file and coordinates summary of payroll reports.
- Monitor and keep track of charges per employee.
- Responds to payroll queries.
- Prepares payslip distribution
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
Billing and Administrative Task:
- Create, prepares and monitor billing submission and collection.
- In charge of performing account reconciliation with clients.
- Monitor collection schedule from clients and follow up overdue payments.
- Maintain detailed records of all billing and collection activities.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to management as requested.
- To perform other duties and tasks that are required and assigned
