Lead Generation Specialist

The Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for identifying and engaging potential employer partners, understanding their hiring needs, and generating qualified sales opportunities. This role builds relationships with healthcare facilities and other prospective clients, schedules meetings for the sales team, and maintains a strong pipeline to support business growth. Responsibilities:

• Reach out to healthcare facilities and prospective clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
• Identify key decision-makers and introduce the company's recruitment services.
• Generate interest in the company's solutions and build new business opportunities.
• Consistently perform prospecting activities to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Understand and assess employers' hiring needs and determine service fit.
• Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Sales Managers.
• Confirm appointments and help ensure strong meeting attendance.
• Record prospect information, hiring requirements, and interaction history in the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate and updated CRM records and sales activity logs.
• Follow established sales processes and ensure data accuracy.
• Build positive relationships with potential clients through professional and consultative communication.

• High school diploma required.
• At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, lead generation, business development, or customer-facing roles.
• Strong English communication skills with the ability to confidently engage business decision-makers.
• Experience making high-volume outbound calls and handling objections effectively.
• Strong relationship-building and opportunity qualification skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented sales environment.
