By stationing service staff near overseas customer bases, W delivers practical and realistic support, ensuring Japanese clients feel secure and well-served abroad.
Responsibilities
• Japanese–English interpretation at hospitals and clinics.
• Cashless payment processing.
• Pharmaceutical research.
• Guiding and interpreting for health check-ups.
• Supporting and maintaining existing members.
• Other duties may be discussed during the interview.
MUST
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Japanese proficiency of at least N3 level (able to read kanji to some extent).
• Willingness to work paid overtime when necessary.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
• Able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Nursing experience in Japan or experience as a caregiver.
• Experience in sales or customer service within hotels, medical institutions, or related industries.
• Polite, professional, and customer-focused communication skills.
• Ability to embrace local culture while delivering exceptional service.
• Available to start working immediately (from this month).
