Korean Translator

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate verbal interpretation between English, Korean, and/or Chinese during meetings, guest interactions, and daily operations.

• Translate written documents, reports, emails, notices, and other business-related materials as required.

• Assist foreign guests, clients, and employees with inquiries, requests, and concerns.

• Facilitate communication between management and Korean- or Chinese-speaking stakeholders.

• Ensure that translations accurately convey the intended meaning, tone, and context.

• Support various departments in handling language-related tasks and communications.

• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information encountered during translation and interpretation activities.

• Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and business discussions involving foreign-speaking individuals.

• Provide cultural guidance and communication support when necessary.

• Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Korean and/or Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken.

• Proficient in English communication.

• Previous experience in translation, interpretation, customer service, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.

• Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in translation.

• Willing to work flexible schedules as required by business operations.
