Executive Translator – Job Description
The Executive Translator is responsible for providing accurate spoken interpretation and written translation between Chinese (Mandarin) and English/Filipino to support executives and business operations. The role assists management during meetings, negotiations, site visits, and client discussions, translates business documents, contracts, emails, and reports, and ensures clear communication between foreign executives, employees, clients, suppliers, and business partners. The Executive Translator also coordinates executive schedules, maintains confidentiality of sensitive information, and performs other administrative duties as assigned by management.
