Growth Marketing Specialist

- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Design, implement, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, SEO, SEM, and paid advertising.
- Analyze customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the operations and sales teams to create promotions and loyalty programs that drive repeat business.
- Manage and optimize the company’s online presence, including website and app performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to improve ROI and KPIs.
- Conduct A/B testing and experiments to identify effective strategies for customer acquisition and retention.
- Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations to expand brand reach.
- Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions and drive personalized marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the business remains competitive.
- Proven experience in growth marketing, preferably within the automotive, retail, or service industries.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, analytics tools).
- Analytical mindset with expertise in data analysis and performance tracking.
- Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer lifecycle management.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in the car wash or automotive services industry.
- Knowledge of local marketing strategies and community engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
