Marketing Specialist

- Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
- Create content for various channels, including social media, websites, email, and print materials.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, such as SEO, PPC, and social media advertising.
- Analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics and analytics tools.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Coordinate events, promotions, and product launches to attract and engage customers.
- Maintain the company’s brand image by ensuring consistency in messaging and visuals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging marketing tools or technologies.
- Prepare and present reports on campaign performance and ROI to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and content management systems.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
