Growth Marketing Specialist

Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire, retain, and engage customers across multiple channels (digital, social, email, paid ads, etc.).
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities using data analysis and market research.
- Create, implement, and manage A/B tests and experiments to improve key performance metrics.
- Optimize marketing funnels to increase conversion rates and reduce customer churn.
- Collaborate with product, design, and sales teams to align growth efforts with business goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer behavior using tools like Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation software.
- Manage paid acquisition campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads) and track ROI.
- Develop content and strategies to boost organic growth via SEO, content marketing, and social media.
- Stay updated on growth trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Prepare reports on growth metrics and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
- Experience with performance marketing channels such as paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
- Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools and methodologies.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Creative thinking to identify new growth opportunities.
