Position: Market Development Coordinator
Industry: Plastic Manufacturing
Location: Taytay, Rizal
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Work Setup: Onsite
Salary Range: Php 18,000 – Php 23,000

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any related field
- With 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management
- Experience dealing with manufacturing, B2B, or industrial sectors is a strong advantage
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Analytical thinker with the ability to identify market trends
- Amenable to attend online or face-to-face interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping to help identify growth opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to expand business partnerships
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, quotations, and product demonstrations for client acquisition
- Monitor and track key sales metrics, generate performance reports, and provide insights for future planning
- Support strategic planning efforts by contributing to short-term and long-term business growth strategies
- Coordinate with internal departments such as production, logistics, and quality teams
