- Conduct financial analysis and reporting to guide organizational decision-making.
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting standards.
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy within the accounting processes.
- Lead and mentor the accounting team, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience Level: 5–8 years of experience in accounting or financial management
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in SAP and other accounting software
- Skills and Competencies: Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
- Qualities and Traits: Exceptional attention to detail
- Qualities and Traits: Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proven leadership abilities within a financial team
