- A Product Manager is responsible for overseeing the development, launch, and ongoing success of a product or product line. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and sales, to ensure the product meets customer needs and business objectives. The Product Manager is a key decision-maker, driving the product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field (MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus).
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a product manager, product owner, or in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of product development processes and lifecycle management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, A/B testing, etc.).
- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of the industry, competitors, and market dynamics.
