- Operates machinery and equipment to produce goods in a manufacturing setting.
- Monitors production processes to ensure efficiency and product quality.
- Follows safety guidelines and maintains a clean, organized work environment.
- Performs routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Inspects raw materials and finished products to meet quality standards.
- Records production data and maintains logs for inventory and quality control.
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical or vocational training is a plus).
- Proven experience in a production or manufacturing role.
- Familiarity with production machinery and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Good physical stamina and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends or overtime if needed.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and quality control standards.
