Project Control Services Practitioner

Develop and execute end-to-end project management activities of an assigned program, project, or contracted service within a globally sourced delivery model.

Summary: As a Project Control Services Practitioner, you will engage in the comprehensive management and execution of project activities within a globally distributed delivery framework. Your typical day involves coordinating various aspects of program and project control to ensure smooth progress and alignment with organizational goals. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders to monitor project performance and contribute to the overall success of assigned programs or contracted services. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met effectively. - Monitor project schedules and budgets to identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Prepare and present regular status reports to stakeholders to maintain transparency and alignment. - Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Delivery Operations Control. - Strong capability in project scheduling, cost control, and resource management. - Proficient in analyzing project data to support decision-making and forecasting. - Experience with project management tools and software to track progress and performance. - Ability to interpret financial data and integrate it into project control processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Cebu office. - Should hold a strong background in financial management. Minimum 2 year(s) of experience is required
