Technical Producer - Shared Services

Position Overview:
As a Technical Producer, you will be responsible for ensuring training projects are delivered on time and within scope. You will develop, create, and update computer-based training (CBT) videos based on organizational requirements, create interactive learning materials, and collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to develop effective course content. You will also support ad hoc tasks as needed to ensure project and training objectives are met.

Work Schedule and Arrangement: 10:00 AM- 7:00 PM, Onsite

Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu

Key Responsibilities:

● Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards.
● Develop, create, and update computer-based training (CBT) videos in accordance with organizational requirements and learning objectives.
● Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) and relevant stakeholders to develop accurate, engaging, and effective course content.
● Design and develop interactive learning materials that enhance the overall training experience.
● Perform other ad hoc tasks and provide project support as needed.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Computer Science, Instructional Design, or a related field.
● Experience and understanding of IMS usability and serviceability.
● Experience and understanding of Articulate 360 usability and serviceability.
● Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Adobe Captivate, Amazon Polly, and ElevenLabs.
● Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.
● Excellent organizational skills, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
● Ability to work well under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team.

Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
● 18,000 - 22,000php
● New hire bonus of 5,000php
