Product Development & Project Management Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Product Development & Project Management Assistant to support our wholesale import operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate projects from our office to factories in China , ensuring product requirements, timelines, and action items are clearly communicated and executed.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on product development projects and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Review meeting notes and prepare clear meeting recaps, action items, and follow-ups .
• Communicate product requirements and updates to factories and suppliers in China .
• Follow up with factories regarding samples, production, timelines, specifications, and revisions.
• Ensure factories understand product requirements and execute according to company expectations.
• Track project progress, deadlines, and outstanding tasks.
• Maintain product information, project trackers, and cost/details in Excel .
• Coordinate between management, internal teams, and overseas suppliers.
• Identify delays or issues and proactively follow up for resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in product development, project management, executive assistance, purchasing, or import/wholesale operations .
• Experience communicating and coordinating with factories or suppliers in China is highly preferred.
• Strong follow-up and communication skills are essential.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills .
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel .
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent task management skills.
• Able to understand product requirements, meeting discussions, and translate them into clear action items.
• Proactive, dependable, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines independently.
