SEO Specialist

Salary up to $2000 What You'll Be Doing You'll be responsible for managing and executing SEO work across client accounts, with a strong focus on driving organic traffic, rankings, and ultimately business results. SEO Strategy

• Develop and execute SEO strategies based on each client's goals, market, and competitive landscape.
• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities for improving organic visibility.
• Analyze competitors and search results to find opportunities for growth.
• Prioritize SEO work based on potential impact rather than simply checking tasks off a list.

On-Page & Content Optimization

• Optimize existing website pages for search intent, keywords, structure, and conversions.
• Work with content writers to improve existing content and guide the creation of new SEO-focused content.
• Identify opportunities to improve internal linking, metadata, headings, content structure, and other on-page elements.
• Review content and SEO pages to make sure they are useful, relevant, and aligned with the overall strategy.

SEO Page Creation

• Write SEO-focused copy for website pages and blog content when needed.
• Create and optimize location and service pages at scale while maintaining quality and relevance.
• Use SEO tools and research to make sure pages are targeting the right search terms and satisfying search intent.

Technical SEO

• Perform technical SEO audits and identify issues that may be limiting organic performance.
• Troubleshoot indexing, crawlability, site structure, redirects, metadata, and other technical SEO issues.
• Implement on-page and technical SEO improvements directly when appropriate.
• Work with the team to resolve issues that require additional development or technical support.

WordPress & Elementor

• Work directly in WordPress and Elementor to make SEO and content updates.
• Maintain page structure and formatting while making SEO improvements.
• Ensure changes are implemented accurately and consistently across client websites.

Off Page SEO

• Develop and execute off-page SEO strategies to improve domain authority, rankings, and local search visibility.
• Build high-quality, relevant backlinks through link building, outreach, digital PR, and industry-specific opportunities.
• Conduct competitor backlink analysis and identify backlink gaps and new opportunities using tools such as Ahrefs and SEMrush.
• Manage local SEO activities, including citation building, citation cleanup, and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Monitor backlink profiles, referring domains, and link quality, identifying potentially harmful or spammy links when necessary.
• Track and report on off-page SEO activities, progress, and results while ensuring all link-building practices follow SEO best practices.

Reporting & Performance

• Monitor rankings, organic traffic, leads, and other relevant SEO metrics.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console to identify trends and potential issues.
• Report meaningful findings to the team rather than simply providing numbers.
• Use performance data to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities.

What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who already knows SEO and can hit the ground running. The right person will be comfortable managing multiple client accounts, digging into data, identifying problems, and figuring out what needs to happen next. You should be able to work independently without disappearing into your own world—you'll still need to communicate clearly and keep the rest of the team informed. Requirements Required Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably within a digital marketing agency.
• Strong understanding of keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, content optimization, and search intent.
• Experience managing SEO across multiple client websites.
• Proficiency with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, and BrightLocal.
• Experience with WordPress; Elementor experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to make SEO decisions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
• Willingness to take ownership, solve problems, and continuously improve processes.

• Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
• Payments: All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you. 
• Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
