Description - Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients (corporate & individual) to drive sales growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective sales strategies.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management or a related field
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant prior experience in sales, preferably in hotel/resort
- Skills and Competencies: Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent organizational and coordination skills
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to work independently
- Skills and Competencies: Proven negotiation and presentation skills
- Qualities and Traits: Results-driven attitude with a strong focus on achieving targets
