Responsibilities :
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer need
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on the services
- Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
- Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
- Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into a long-term partnership
- Present products and services to prospective clients
- Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customer's dedication
- Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming at customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputation
- Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Minimum Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong understanding of digital services such as SEO, social media marketing, web development, or e-commerce is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
