In this role, you will assist international members, patients, or healthcare providers with their medical insurance, billing, and coverage inquiries. If you have at least 6 months of call center experience and a strong command of the English language, this account offers a highly rewarding professional environment right in the south!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: Requires at least 6 months of solid Call Center Experience (CCE) . (Prior experience in healthcare, medical billing, or insurance is a plus but not required).
- Education: Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School (SHS) Graduates .
- Language Proficiency: B2 (CEFR) English Proficiency (Clear pronunciation, good conversational flow, and empathetic communication skills).
- Amenability: Ready to work fully onsite at our Parañaque hub on shifting schedules, holidays, and night shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist international customers with medical insurance benefits, claim statuses, eligibility, and billing inquiries.
- Handle sensitive health information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
- Provide empathetic, accurate, and efficient service to help members navigate their healthcare plans.
