• Reports to: Clinical Supervisor/Nursing Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Clinical Communication Coordinator to support the clinical operations team through clerical work, communication moderation, and administrative coordination.

This role will assist in monitoring communication channels, routing inquiries, maintaining documentation, and supporting workflow coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations.

While the role does not require extensive clinical responsibilities, familiarity with healthcare workflows, EHR systems, and office productivity platforms is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide clerical and administrative support to the clinical operations team. Monitor and moderate communication channels (email, messaging platforms, internal systems).
• Ensure inquiries and requests are properly routed to the appropriate team members.
• Assist with documentation, data entry, and operational tracking.
• Support EHR documentation and record updates as required by the campaign.
• Maintain organized records and assist in tracking operational updates and requests.
• Escalate urgent concerns to the appropriate clinical team member when necessary.
• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare information standards.

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a healthcare BPO or healthcare support environment.
• Experience utilizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems for documentation, data entry, or workflow coordination.
• Experience supporting clinical teams, healthcare operations, or medical documentation workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced operational environments with multiple communication channels.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Associate's degree in Nursing, healthcare-related course, or administrative healthcare program preferred but not required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working as a Healthcare Virtual Assistant (VA), medical scribe, or healthcare administrative support.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and healthcare documentation processes.
• Experience working with EHR platforms such as Athena, Epic, eClinicalWorks, Kareo, or similar systems.
• Experience supporting US healthcare operations, case management teams, or clinical coordination workflows.
