We’re hiring Customer Service Representatives as a Collections Specialist to handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You’ll provide information, resolve concerns, and deliver great customer support in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotions
- Support customers with orders, subscriptions, or service upgrades
- Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions
- Escalate complex issues to supervisors
- Achieve personal and team sales targets
