Procurement Associate

Job description:
- Responsible for sourcing and procuring materials and services for the company
- Monitoring orders and ensure on time and in full deliveries
- Liaise between suppliers, manufacturers, relevant internal departments, and customers to ensure that products and services are delivered according to approved specifications.
- Assists in maintaining all purchasing documents and update company database accordingly
- Assists in PO Creation
Qualifications:
- Candidate must have a college degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or any equivalent course
- At least 1 year of working experience specialized in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
- Knowledge and command of general procurement practices
- Highly organized and has strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Can start ASAP and willing to work in Bgy. San Andres Cainta Rizal
