- Prepare and bake a variety of bread, pastries, and desserts according to established recipes.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels of baking ingredients and supplies.
- Ensure adherence to food safety and sanitation standards in the kitchen.
- Assist in the development of new recipes and menu items.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in baking or pastry preparation
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of baking techniques and methods
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Qualities and Traits: Attention to detail and a passion for baking
