HIRING: Paid Ads & Lead Generation Specialist

We are looking for a results-driven Paid Ads & Lead Generation Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns while developing effective strategies to generate qualified leads. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads , understands lead-generation processes, and can determine which marketing channels are most appropriate for a business.

The successful candidate should be able to go beyond campaign execution and provide strategic recommendations on how businesses can generate more leads, improve campaign performance, and maximize their marketing budget.

Responsibilities

Paid Advertising Management

• Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns
• Create, manage, and optimize Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and campaign setup
• Manage advertising budgets and monitor campaign performance
• Test and optimize ad copy, targeting, creatives, keywords, and bidding strategies
• Monitor key performance metrics such as leads, cost per lead, conversion rate, CPC, and CPA
• Identify underperforming campaigns and implement strategies to improve results

Lead Generation Strategy

• Develop and implement lead-generation strategies based on business goals
• Identify target audiences, service areas, and ideal customer profiles
• Build and improve lead-generation processes from advertising to lead capture and follow-up
• Evaluate lead quality and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates
• Recommend strategies to increase the volume and quality of qualified leads

Marketing Channel Selection

• Evaluate different marketing channels and determine which are most appropriate for a business
• Analyze existing marketing efforts, website/landing pages, and lead sources
• Determine when to prioritize Google Ads, Meta Ads, email marketing, or other channels
• Test different channels and allocate resources toward strategies that generate qualified leads
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve customer acquisition

Email Marketing

• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and lead-nurturing sequences
• Develop follow-up campaigns for new and existing leads
• Segment audiences and improve email engagement and conversions
• Monitor email campaign performance and recommend improvements

Reporting & Optimization

• Track and report campaign performance and lead-generation results
• Analyze campaign data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
• Provide clear recommendations based on campaign performance
• Continuously test, optimize, and improve marketing campaigns
• Communicate marketing results and recommendations to business owners or clients

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Proven hands-on experience managing Facebook/Meta Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of paid advertising and lead-generation strategies
• Experience developing and improving lead-generation processes
• Ability to determine which marketing channels are appropriate based on business goals and target audience
• Experience with email marketing and lead nurturing
• Strong understanding of campaign metrics such as CPL, CPA, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI/ROAS
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage campaigns with minimal supervision
• Experience working with US-based businesses or clients is a strong advantage
• Experience with cleaning, home services, or other local service businesses is a plus

Compensation

• $4-$5/hour
• Full-Time and Part-Time opportunities available

Work Setup

• 100% Work From Home

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift (US Business Hours)
